Why we started Alpha Labz.
Two engineers, one simple idea: any business should be able to get working software, quickly, from the people who build it.

Most businesses don't need a big agency. They need a working first version, quickly, from people who actually build it.
We started Alpha Labz because we kept seeing the same thing: a tattoo studio losing bookings in its DMs, a startup waiting months for an MVP, a crypto team running strategies from spreadsheets. The tools to fix this exist. AI agents, modern web stacks, cloud. Most people just can't reach them.
So we built a studio around two things we're good at. Syed Hamza works on AI agents and product design. Mairaj Khoso runs the backend: pipelines, CRMs and the cloud. Trusted developers join us per project, and one of us leads every build.
We're new, and we say so. Instead of logos and reviews, we show working prototypes and ship something you can click every week. Pricing is a conversation, not a table: every project is scoped on a call and quoted before work starts.
